The West Virginia Republican Assembly is organized into three distinct enterprises. We have a political 527 organization which endorses and advocates for candidates and issues. We have a PAC which collects and funds directly campaigns and organizations. And we have a highly active and well organized Educational Foundation that provides training, education, and information to grassroots activists, candidates, potential candidates, legislators, elected officials, and citizens.

Donations may be made to any or all three of our enterprises. Only donations to our “Educational Foundation” are tax deductible for income tax purposes. Please specify the enterprise to which your donation is intended. The majority of our efforts are focused towards education, so if you do not specify an entity, we will assume that you intended to fund this effort.

The AEF donations are tax deductible, and as such, all checks should be made out to the Assembly Education Fund and mailed to WV AEF/West Virginia Assembly Education Fund– P.O. Box 671 – Buckhannon WV 26201, where it will be deposited into the WV AEF account .
