WVRA is a grassroots organized Political and Education Association.

WVRA is subdivided into ten regions based closely upon the 17 State Senatorial Districts and governed by ten Regional Vice Presidents.

Local Assembly Chapters are organized under the ten regions in geo-political clubs.
